Yuma, again...

...Received another invitation to the home
of the cousin of Styl666, my friend,
my wise and faithful reader, vocal critic
of my life, that she's followed for the
past years and a bunch a months...

Styl666 sez,
" ...You are invited this weekend 

to the house of my cousin
Yuri, but call him Ted...in Yuma.

This is the second invite you know ? ".
" He'll throw me in the snow.

I talk you know...." I said.

" There's no snow in Yuma

and you do talk a little much.

Watch that... " she reminded me,

pointing with a perfect nail.

I have been to and thru Yuma Arizona 

on various occasions
thruout this o this
long life of mine......On a motorcycle in 81'...
in a 68' Rambler in about 85'...
..on a couple of trains, who remembers when...
Who remembers Yuma, Arizona
after one of those Yuma fiery orange
and blood red sunsets
featherin' into that blue...?

Everybody remembers.
That blue in southwestern paintings
O'Keeffe
and Shepard,
and Ram Kur...
that blue is in the Yuma sky.
A ridin' the Amtrak east
or west...

To think the Bosnian brothers
have found Yuma,
seems divine.
The brothers I know from Bosnia,
would have loved Yuma...

...and a friend from portland said I spammed him
the other day when I sent out my new fone number
to the friends, family, and the faithful...you know
I punched "Everyone"... I spammed. I am a spammer.
I will never do that again. Advice: "...you put it in the "Bcc"
box, and it isn't included on the list of addresses that
show in the " To " list.... Never knew what that box was for
Now we all do. Can agitate some folks... Sorry Portland.

but this is Seattle

people in this large town
He's playin' the part of the german
philantrapist on vacation from
Munich, and is named
Gunter Grith...
should be a trip.

my strange artist friends...

... My friend Sara makes knife holders.
She was also in therapy for seven years.
Came by the house in middle earth
thinks it'd be a great studio...
Looking for more space
to fit in another artist
here on the ranch
We're makin' freakshow
it seems to have already started...
or has it simply never stopped ?

...33 days til this poor, but famous artist
returns to that weird and complicated land
Tickets booked
dates set
judges and lawyers
and cops waitin'
Gonna be a nightmare, friends
I am not looking forward
to being treated like a leaper
again... got run off once before,
the place and it's people mean little to
me anymore... I wish this would all go away.
33 days til I return
there will be an exit though
menos mal.

they will be waitin'
its better here.

have all this beauty
all around,
and nobody to share it with...
don't seem fair,
so it does'nt.

Oh, here comes the dog...

but i need to teach this one

going acrossed the water again
the airport is spewing out
another long distance
traveler
got beer
got smoke
fridge is full
gas in the Jeep
and all should be right with the world...
I know whats missing,
and theres nothing I could do
to fill the void.
Good thing the dogs
a good listener...
would be better if she could talk though...
wish the girl would call...

... I just take my shoes off

and go in barefoot knowing all this will
look different in about 2 hours
The dog wanders around
and I have wonderful conversations
with whoever's there...
When I leave the light is different
and who evers there sez
" wow ! look at the light !!! "
I've cleaned the windows
not more. Just alittle attention
was all they needed to shine,
to let in the light that was there,
but covered with some stuff...
Like everything
and everyone...
I put my boots on.
The dog jumps in the Jeep
I tie the ladders on,
and we drive that lovely
drive back town

Don and Mike at Bishops...
then ,
to the house...
I made 324 bucks.
The dogs happy.
The windows are happy,
and all is right with the world,
in middle earth.

Been out there couple a weeks, and it is settin' in my bones.

Don't feel like Cap Hill stands much of a chance.
