My friends, the long ride ends. the circle completed. I'm on the couch. Its Sunday. A-Team's on the tube, Hannibal's Spanish...is perfect. Madrid my friend, Madrid. Hot like Africa hot. Hot. Fuckin' hot. Hot. The attitude of the indigenous was indignantly madralaina'... all snarly and apathetic. I love the place. Has no effect on this American, them peoples like dat all da time in America...or no? Madrid. Indian food in Lavapies a barrio with ten cultures and languages goin all at once...we sit in a cool breeze in a cool plaza, the African brothers the Arab brothers those Bolivians and Colombians Chinese and Russians Moldavians Bosnians Romanos Cubans Dominicans..... seemingly all getting along in that little palce.... the rastro in the Latina nearly got me ...Hot? like Sahara hot. Leaving that weird island called Puerta del sol, and underground, we ride on to that Museum Reina Sofia... I watched a tear flow from the right eye of the girl as she stood quietly before " La Gurnica" de Pablo Picasso... it 's quite a piece. I'v a little more respect for the brother. A little. The same effect with the few Dali's, and the Miro's , the last painting being the three dot's ... i hope that the evolution of my own work and its final pieces will be more than just three smeared dot...ya know what i mean..? To the garden and another Miro, we smoke and talk... The girl was truly beautiful sitting there next to that fountain....surrounded by art and "Art ? " Beautiful, so she is.
Rode on to Salamanca the next day....
