once upon a time there was a poor artist living in a weird and beautiful land...he faced many unknowns tripped many traps and met many profets, near profets and drunks that in their ways provided the keys to various doors that opened onto various freaks, which resulted in various freakshow some of which continue at full volume... even today. And as i've always said, when life deals one a hand of freaks, one makes a freakshow.
if anyones looking i've a real winner goin' on here in this weird and beautiful land. I have all the players identified, and cataloged and wait only for the machine with which to record it all, again. all that i have heard and seen, smelled, tasted and stood mouth open in gapeing awe, suprise and wonder...."Could'nt pay anyone to act like that Marco...we're blessed."
" Your 100% with this idea eh Paco ???!!! " paco lost 2 fingers. only 2 fingers... i was smart enough, or blessed enough to find a wall to duck behind and got it all on video. " Can't pay people to act like that Marco !!"

i've always tried not to paint the same things over again, but this time ive reproduced a peice stolen by Rosa Maria Valdes Martinez, then stolen again by those two in the cadillac... that poor painting... treated pretty poorly. its sunday,and have been married to the girl 9 days, and all good. little has changed. i'm happy enough, as is the girl.
we have survived much togeather. SO WHEN DO WE SEE THE RESULTS !!!!!?????!!!!. filed for my papers in the forign office friday, lets wait and see how they, the state, deals with this poor artist....another day in the barrio, and another day in españa..the freakshow continues....

Its 6.30am, raining and i've still many roads to travel. as do we all, i know. im with this cool chick, what? 6 days, as a husband. does'nt hurt at all. huh. myself, i feel installed for the duration, this my friends is a new feeling, a new situation. i've something that won't get lost... good thoughts on a rainy day. the world continues to fall apart, and selling this new peice is the name of todays tune...yeltsens in the ground and im thinking of that day in 90' , in portland, oregon...
the summit between him and the father bush... we'd hung a big" YELTSEN " banner from the roof of The Hand Gallery, 333 s.w.Park ave., and the seceret service guys whom "asked " us to remove it were nice enough. nice suits... i've lived a freakshow of a life up til now...ready to sit. ready to write it all down, names included.

So, the gods have smiled on this poor artist out beyond the fences and the freakshow is alittle closer to becomming manageable, in a freakshow sorta way and we're lookin at some clearing of those judicial clouds and the lawyers seems happy enough... and if your like me, we're expecting and are prepared for the ambush at any moment. So, with that said, i'm marriying the girl and we're happy. and gonna stay that way ...i swear.

have had little to say lately. minds elsewhere... has been and probably will be for awhile. all good. these are strange times being handed to this poor artist... the bravest or the stupidest man in this oh this weird and beautiful country... ? you decide. have been left in limbo. waiting for the bus... on hold. Waiting. there are many things i need to do... started writing the book. it will be a play and a short film... and many paintings and drawings... ive things to do... do you ? my advice , rarely given , is paint, shoot, draw, sculpt, draft, design, film in tape 1/2 ,3/4 or beta 8 , 16, 35, or 70 mm. record, sample, or create a new sound, poem..... thats my rare given advice....

... who'da thunk it? im still here. the girl and i faced down the system yesterday.courts and other courts and others.i remain confused but, i'm still here.still working. still with much hope this weird and beautiful country will just forget about me... this poor artist. i doubt this, but ...cold and rain today, my new passport came about 6:30 p to my door. thats yesterday. its my third. they are not super happy with me... but , thats madrid. in torremolinos, ive a friend. she changed the destiny , i thank you ,you actor,you poet... you are invited to asturias. call when you get to warm this summer down there in malaga... the girl would like to meet you... we are tired. the girl and i. be nice to go to moldavia, for a nice vacation. yes, virgina, i said moldavia. then estambul.. then moscow..then nigera... then...? there is still much to do people, and this poor artist is outta here...much to do.

I, I don t believe, sometimes, that these things are really occuring. sat last nite in a little bar. the girl, she stayed at the house searching for a free anti-virus download... there are 7 of my paintings showing on the smoky walls of that little bar... i sat . smoking with diego and the boys... watching the smoke rise. cloudin my view....

on the big video screen are the fotos from the cd of 2006 work, and lookin at these old paintings im thinking..."Man... these are all in the hands of evil dreadful woman , so they are..." the story will be a long one. we re in the spanish courts you know...

i am getting bored. No, i am bored. sittin there, contributing to yet another cap of hash laced nicotine scum over the painting called " Mundanzas Que-ho " im thinkin " there aint been no action, no derverision , no grand miricles , no earth moving, nor nerve rattling strife in nearly 6 months...huh. " 6 months ago i was in court with the witch 5 times. nerve rattling? Action ? Earth moving? Life altering? you betcha.

fran the agro punk called yesterday arternoon. " if i was there i d just give you a good slap upsied the head...and tell you, as i was driving you to the hospitial ,to get on with it already. the shits GONE!!!!!!!!!. get used to it...YOU AINT NEVER GONNA SEE THOSE PAINTINGS , YOUR CAT OR THOSE REALLY COOL BOOTS EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, and then i d probably give ya another slap upside the head just to reinforce my " advice ". Get on with it already my brother...."

Hes probably more right than i m willing to believe or except... glad he was nt here, so i am...
