This is my old boss Luis.

Working for that guy but a month

teaches me that the restaurant

business in Spain is about commitment.

14 hours a day, 6 days a week sorta commitment.

He never said..." ahh - dude,I'll be like needing you

ahh -14 hours a day...," he said.

Nearly died from that month, so I did.

Workin' at The Manzanu, in la Plaza de la Fontan,

and that's in beautiful Oviedo friend's...

Heard today that Luis is doing fine.

Having his anniversary sometime soon

The stress of this persecution has sent some to " rest "
